Maintaining healthy skin should be a yearlong effort. Summertime allows us to shed layers of clothing and unveil our hibernated skins. For some, it may be a bitter reality that the condition of one’s skin is not as good as perceived. Dull, dry and damaged skin is the results of unmaintained skin. Proper skin care consist of daily cleansing and moisturizing as well as routine exfoliation to remove dead skin cells that provide us with dull aged looking skin. Good nutrition also does wonders for healthy and vibrant looking skin.
